Harpa fam­ily pro­gram­me: Story time with Max­imus (in Pol­ish)

In storytime with Maximus, we get to follow the musical adventures of the beloved mouse Maximus Musicus. Aleksandra Skolozynska reads the story Maximus Musicus visits the orchestra from the popular book series by Hallfríður Ólafsdóttir and Þórarinn Már Baldursson. Now in Polish translation - with musical accompaniment and pictures on screen.  

The story time is around 30-40 minutes and the children get to say hello to Maxi afterwards!

Admission is free but tickets must be booked here. Bookings open on Monday November 4th.

The event will take place in Polish.
There are wheelchair spaces in the story time (Kaldalón).

Age

The event is suitable for children aged 4-8, but it is only a guideline and younger or older children are also welcome. The story time 30-40 minutes.

Aleksandra Skolozynska is a singer, actress, writer and a pedagog living between Warsaw and Reykjavik. She graduated from Warsaw University from the Education Faculty in 2015 and worked as TA in American School of Warsaw by US Embassy in Poland. She studied and performed improv in Oslo, Warsaw, Copenhagen, London and Chicago, where she completed intensive programs at Annoyance and iO Theatre (2016, 2017). She is an organizer of Warsaw Improv Festival WIFe2017. In Iceland she is part of Leikfélagið Pólis. You might know her from shows like “Tu jest za drogo – Úff hvað allt er dýrt hérna” and “Co za poroniony pomysl! (Úff, hvað þetta er slæm hugmynd!)” which won the Gríman awards for Sproti ársins 2020. She teaches improv and does voice over for various projects.
