Harpa fam­ily pro­gram­me: Sound bath dur­ing Dark Mu­sic Days

Many families have a habit of going swimming on Saturdays, but now they can change things up a bit and take a sound bath in Harpa!

On Saturday, January 25th, there will be an open music workshop for children and families in Harpa, where they will have the opportunity to bathe in music, play with sounds and tones, and feel how different tones and frequencies can affect the body.The workshop is open to all families and you can come and go as you like.

Sound bath is a collaboration between Harpa and the music festival Myrkir Músíkdagar ( Dark Music Days) which will take place on January 24-26, 2025. 

Accessibility and age 
The event does not require special language knowledge, but you will be able to ask questions in Icelandic and English. 

Suitable for children aged 4-10, but younger or older siblings or friends are of course welcome.

The event takes place in an open space with a smooth floor and good elevator access. We would like to inform guests that a photographer commissioned by Harpa may be present at this event.
